Description:
In the role as a UX designer at Pearl you will create memorable digital experiences and bring creative, user-centred ideas to life. You will participate and drive workshops with the customer and create new design systems. Therefore, you can act confidently in negotiations and iteratively deliver design solutions. At Pearl you belong in a team with Swedish and international colleagues and work for both new and existing customers at Pearl, delivering smart and scalable solutions.
Competence and experience:
We are looking for you who have previously experience as a professionally UX-designer (minimum 2+ years) as a consultant or as an employee. You are used to and like to work in challenging IT-projects with big customer focus. To succeed in the role, you need to have followed competence and experience:
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, build prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

Experience in driving the communication – present and pitch an idea to clients

Competence in plan and run workshops with clients and you can clearly articulate your design decisions

You are well versed in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Invision

Ideally have experience within eCommerce

Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
