Pearl Finland Oy has signed an agreement according to which Pearl Finland buys the SAP consulting business from Epical Finland Oy. This investment supports Pearl Finland’s growth targets to be the leading SAP service provider in the Finnish market.
This investment of the SAP business is a continuation of Pearl Finland strategy to grow in the SAP and ecommerce market in Finland. This will also improve the competitiveness of Pearl Finland as gaining more competence with new personnel and introducing new customers to Pearl Finland’s portfolio.

Pearl Finland has already grown during 2023 from one employee to 19 employees and now with this acquisition our position will be even stronger. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
The acquisition will become effective from 1 December 2023.
