Since 2006, Pearl has been a strategic partner for Komplett, Norway's largest online retailer. With a PearlCare agreement, we ensure that Komplett maintains its competitiveness in an increasingly challenging market.
For over 18 years, Pearl has worked closely with Komplett to deliver a range of projects and implementations that have been instrumental to Komplett's success. Our collaboration has been marked by continuous innovation and development, and in 2023 we took another major step together by implementing a new ERP platform for Komplett. This platform is designed to handle all of Komplett's logistics, including their advanced AutoStore warehouse solutions and e-commerce platforms.
PearlCare: More Than Just Operations
The PearlCare agreement marks a new milestone in our partnership with Komplett. Through PearlCare, we manage all operations and infrastructure, as well as the ongoing development of Komplett's SAP applications. We have brought in local partners such as Evidi for digital service platforms and Westernacher for transport planning, so that we can deliver the best solutions through PearlCare.
