Nordic steel giant Tibnor implements RISE with SAP
Tibnor, a leading metal and steel supplier across the Nordics and Baltics with over 10,000 customers, completed a critical ERP modernization with Pearl as implementation partner.

Challenge
After running SAP ERP systems for 25 years, Tibnor's latest system update dated back to 2009. The aging infrastructure required comprehensive cleanup of obsolete code and unused functions that had accumulated over time.
The migration path was complex – Tibnor first needed to upgrade their existing ECC solution to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA. The project ultimately required eight separate upgrades, all of which had to be completed without system downtime. For a company like Tibnor, whose business operations depend on 24/7 availability, maintaining continuous service was absolutely critical.
