NorEngros Strengthens its Partnership through PearlCare
NorEngros is Norway's largest supplier of consumer goods to the private and public sectors. Pearl has collaborated with NorEngros for over 15 years and is strengthening the partnership through PearlCare.
NorEngros is a nationwide chain consisting of 15 companies with local owners, and has 37 stores across Norway. Their logistics solution is based on a full-range warehouse, providing unique availability and fast distribution to all NorEngros customers.
Pearl entered into a collaboration with NorEngros as far back as 2009 and they remain one of Pearl's most important customers. We have continuously adjusted the portfolio throughout this long-term collaboration to ensure NorEngros always remains as competitive as possible.
A Long-Standing and Unique Collaboration
NorEngros was one of Pearl's first customers and we have worked together since 2009, carrying out a range of projects and implementations. Both within e-commerce, but also with SAP ERP and complex pricing, warehouse and logistics solutions. We also deliver sales and service support through SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud. This partnership has now been further strengthened through PearlCare, underscoring their shared commitment to innovation and quality services.

Strengthening the Collaboration with PearlCare
Through the PearlCare agreement, NorEngros gains access to a broad range of services, providing them with predictability while also challenging Pearl to maintain high quality and efficiency. PearlCare handles ongoing incidents, development tasks and general operations, including system monitoring and security work.
A key factor behind the success has been that Pearl has had core resources on site at NorEngros over time. With a solution architect, technical architect and other skilled IT professionals working internally at NorEngros, Pearl plays a decisive role as an extension of the IT department.
