Pearl acquires SAP consultancy Approxima, reaching 60 consultants in Denmark
The acquisition, effective 1 November, strengthens Pearl in Denmark with additional SAP expertise. Approxima’s three owners will continue in the management of Pearl Denmark.
Pearl Group, one of the largest SAP partners in the Nordics, is acquiring the Danish SAP consultancy Approxima, effective 1 November 2026, thereby strengthening its position in the Danish market. With the acquisition, Pearl Denmark gains 60 SAP consultants spread across Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen, and in particular increases its presence in Zealand.
Approxima was founded 12 years ago and is a well-regarded SAP consultancy focused on implementing SAP S/4HANA. The company is particularly known for its position in the public sector and the utilities industry’s use of SAP. The three founders and partners, Christian Moes, Søren Bjerre and Thomas Stolborg, will continue as part of the management team at Pearl Denmark.
