How we use your personal data
Personal data is information that relates to you as an identifiable person. As a business-to-business company, we process limited amounts of personal data.
We process personal data for the following purposes: to establish and manage business relationships, including your contact details and your employer's name and address; to communicate with you by phone, email, or other means in connection with our business relationship; and to send newsletters and event invitations when you have signed up to receive them.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating our business. For newsletters and event invitations, we will collect your consent where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
We may also process your personal data for purposes compatible with those listed above, such as audits, dispute resolution, and business development. We do not make fully automated decisions with legal or similar effects, and we do not perform profiling.
How we share your personal data

Where specifically agreed in a data processing agreement, personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA in connection with services delivered from Pearl Group's office in Singapore.
How long we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Key criteria for determining retention include whether we have an active business relationship with your employer, and whether you remain subscribed to our newsletters or events. Backup data is retained for up to two years.
Your privacy rights
You have the right to access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing. Conditions and limitations apply. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Datatilsynet). We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns directly.
