Jens Petter Røren 

Jens Petter is employed as Delivery Manager in Pearl Care Norway. He has been a Project Manager in the defense industry and has experience with challenging projects for both Scandinavian and international customers.

In his spare time, Jens Petter is interested in food and wine. In addition, he spends a lot of time building a new house for himself and his family. If everything works out according to the plan, they will have the house ready before the summer. Right now, he is very much looking forward to starting his new job at Pearl and taking on new tasks.

"Pearl has promised me a winning culture, great colleagues, challenging tasks, and not least a lot of fun. It was impossible to say no to this opportunity," says Jens Petter.

Jan-Olav Kildalen

Jan-Olav is starting as a consultant at Pearl Norway's CX team. He has experience from Proplan, one of Visma's partners, and he is a certified ERP consultant (accounting, logistics, and project accounting).

One of the first things Jan-Olav will do in Pearl is gain certification in C4C.

It was an easy choice for Jan-Olav when he got the job offer from Pearl. As Pearl is Norway's largest SAP partner, Jan-Olav found the company and its professional environment attractive.

"I look forward to joining the team and getting certified in the solutions," says Jan-Olav.

Mubin Hamid

Mubin Hamid is employed as a Salesforce consultant in Pearl Norway. Mubin comes from the role as a System Administrator in Convene, where he was responsible for the Salesforce environment.

In his spare time, Mubin is restoring a Toyota MR2 Mk1b veteran car from 1989. He also enjoys reading books, varying from sci-fi to academic books, and he loves movies. Mubin aims to learn something new every day and therefore has endless "random fun facts" to share, according to himself.

He is now looking forward to immersing himself further in Salesforce.

"I've heard a lot of good things about Pearl, and it's fun to be a part of their Salesforce initiative," says Mubin.

Bente Tonby Næss

Bente is joining Pearl Norway's CX team and will be working with system solutions.

She has been working in the sales department at Miele for the last 17 years. When the appliance company started using SAP S4/HANA in January 2016, Bente was a part of the project group as a Key User for the sales department. At Miele, she also gained experience working with CRM and ERP, in addition to taking part in testing, error handling, process improvement, and internal training.

Bente has already started in her new job. She got off to a good start with training and is looking forward to getting certified in the ERP area.

"Pearl Group's consultant business is future-oriented and incredibly exciting," says Bente.

Haakon Buroe

Haakon joins the Commerce/CX team and will work on business development and project delivery. The goal is to help Pearls' customers thrive and succeed through better growth strategies, best practices, and the leading digital platforms on the market.

Haakon has more than 15 years of experience with digital transformation and development. Before joining Pearl Group, Haakon worked as a technology consultant and project manager at Deloitte. He also has experience from Microsoft, where we worked with their business applications.

"Pearl has a very exciting customer base and a clear vision for how to prepare them for the future of commerce and customer experience. I'm thrilled to join their team of talented people and be part of the growth aspirations for Pearl Group."

Stefan Gustavsson

Stefan Gustavsson is one of Pearl Sweden's new SAP consultants. In his previous position, he was a solution architect in finance, and he has extensive experience with SAP from several different roles.

In Pearl, Stefan will primarily work with SAP and finance. The idea is that he will be part of Pearl's S/4 Move team, which will support customers who are in the process of switching to SAP S/4.

"I look forward to being part of Pearl Sweden and the S/4 project. The company is on an exciting journey and has several interesting projects underway," says Stefan.

Elisabet Tilly

Elisabet is the second new SAP consultant in Pearl Sweden. In her previous position, she was a solution specialist in purchasing, focusing on SRM and ECC MM. Elisabet has several years of experience in the public sector and retail.

In Pearl Sweden, Elisabet will work with SAP and logistics, and she will also be part of the S/4 Move team. Elisabeth likes to be out in nature in her free time, preferably while running – the perfect way to relax after a long day at work.

"Pearl is in the middle of an incredible expansion, with many exciting SAP S/4 projects underway. It's so much fun to finally be a part of Pearl Sweden!"

Robin Slotts

Robin is coming in as Head of Commerce in Pearl Sweden. He's had the position of digital strategist and advisor in e-commerce and digital transformation in Columbus and has over twenty years of experience in digital commerce and retail.

Robin is brought in to help establish and construct a new value proposition within Digital Commerce in Sweden. He will also contribute to the continued development of Pearl's other product and service portfolio.

"When I had the opportunity to build an entirely new business area and develop Pearl's service offer, branding, sales funnel, and recruitment processes, the choice was easy," says Robin.
