Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Nasarius brings nearly two decades of expertise helping large Nordic and European corporations optimize their treasury operations and financial value chain.
Pearl acquires company Applicon and enters the Icelandic Market
Since 2020, the Norwegian company Pearl Group has expanded to Sweden, Finland, Poland and Latvia. With the acquisition of Applicon, Pearl Group is now entering the Icelandic market and sees a turnover of more than one billion NOK in 2024.

Pearl Finland Oy has signed an agreement according to which Pearl Finland buys the SAP consulting business from Epical Finland Oy. This investment supports Pearl Finland’s growth targets to be the leading SAP service provider in the Finnish market.

Pearl has recently completed the acquisition of the point of sale system POSbE from EINR Software. As part of this strategic agreement, Pearl has also decided to launch the solution as PearlPOS.
