Pearl Norway is looking for more enthusiastic, solution-oriented and proactive leaders who will help build Pearl further.
– Team leaders at Pearl are consultants who works with customers and deliver value on exciting projects. In addition, they will spend part of the time lifting the entire subject area and being the leader of the consultants in their team, says CEO Bernhard Olsen in Pearl Norway.
10 candidates for the Pearl Academy
– For the past three years, we have been running the Pearl Academy where we hire trainees and make sure they get up and running quickly within their specialist field. This year we are looking for 10 candidates within various disciplines, says Consultant Director Therese Mellegård.
– We want those who are newly graduated or have a few years of work experience because they think differently, they often have a different technological background and are just as hungry for knowledge as we are, she says.
