Pearl continues to experience growth in all business areas across the offices, which leads to an increase in the number of assignments - and with it also the need for more skilled people in our organization.

During the autumn, Pearl Group received seven new employees for its teams in Latvia, Sweden and Norway.

Pearl in Latvia has also received four new additions and Latvias manager, Trond Pedersen, is delighted to have Ilja, Sergejs Domina, Sergejs Vitvickis and Gatis join the team.
Henrik Jacobsen Holte
Henrik is Pearl Norway's new Senior Consultant on the PSD team. He has previously worked for Coop Norge in various roles, mainly related to SAP systems.
In his spare time, Henrik likes everything to do with bicycles, especially trail cycling. He is also very fond of refurbishing and building things, which he believes is a nice break from the "office job".
- In addition to the fact that I saw the consultant role as a great opportunity to expand my horizons and build more experience, I got a very good impression of the culture at Pearl Group and thought it would be a place where I would fit in well, says Henrik
Wiktor Isaksson
Wiktor is Pearl Sweden's new junior consultant on the Finance team. He has previously worked with finance and business development for distribution companies in the food industry
In his spare time, Wiktor likes to spend a lot of time on the golf course in the summer, and in the mountains in the winter. Otherwise, he also likes to have time for a paddle match every now and then.

Bharat Vaddi
Bharat is Pearl Sweden's new senior consultant, and will mainly work with SAP EWM. Previously, he worked for 18 years with SAP in various roles, both as a technical and functional consultant.
In his spare time, Bharat enjoys spending time with his family, playing cricket in the summer, watching Football and Tennis, and working out.

Ilja Polanskis
Ilja takes on the role of E-commerce Backend developer at PearlConvert Latvia. He has 3 years' experience and has worked with both frontend and backend projects in the past.
In his free time, Ilja likes to cycle around Riga while listening to podcasts/lectures from the 20th century

Sergejs Domina
Sergejs will work as an E-Commerce Backend Developer in Pearl Latvia. Previously, he worked as a game programmer, which sparked his interest in programming. For the past 4 years, he has worked with Magento as a support developer in small and large projects.
In his spare time, Sergejs likes to tinker with a project car he has, which, according to him, never seems to be finished.

Sergejs Vitvickis
Sergejs will take on the role as Senior Project Manager in Pearl Latvia. He has over 8 years of experience in team and project management and has previously worked for Tietoevry.
In his spare time, Sergejs enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and video games with his 5-year-old son

Gatis Grosmanis
Gatis will also work as Senior Project Manager for Pearl Latvia. He has worked in the IT industry for 18 years, where the last 10 years have been as a project manager.
In his free time, Gatis likes to spend time with his family, especially outdoor activities such as cycling, roller skating, skiing, walking in nature etc. He also likes to travel and is a fan of Basketball.
