Tom Saathoff, Stockholm, Senior Consultant
Tom is an experienced Senior Consultant who recently joined Pearl Sweden. With over 20 years of experience in SAP solutions, covering the complete stack from ABAP development, System and Process Integration as well as all aspects of HR-related tasks such as Time, Payroll, Travel and SuccessFactors, Tom has a deep understanding of SAP-systems. In Pearl, he will be part of our Technology team and is looking forward to working with the wide range of technology to develop innovative solutions.
Tom chose Pearl aas his workplace because of the company's vision and ability to create excellent solutions based on cutting-edge technologies and platforms. He has already received a very warm welcome and feels very inspired after his first days at Pearl.
In his free time, Tom enjoys engaging in various activities with his family, spending a lot of time outdoors skating, skiing in wintertime, and running, and cycling through the forest in summer. He also enjoys traveling and is constantly planning new adventures.
Bobil Barmicho, Stockholm, Senior SAP Consultant
Bobil Barmicho is our third addition to the SAP SuccessFactors team and has just started in his role in Pearl Sweden as a Senior SAP consultant. With 16 years of experience in SAP, including SAP Basis, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors, Bobil has a solid background in SAP systems. In Pearl, his primarily focus is on SuccessFactors.
Bobil chose to be part of Pearl for several reasons, but especially because of the company's good reputation and work culture. Being involved in the company's HR initiative from the beginning is exciting for Bobil, and he looks forward to contributing to the company's growth and development going forward. He feels inspired and welcomed after his first days with his new colleagues in Pearl.
Outside of his work, Bobil enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also has interests in stock trading, watches, Formula 1, and coffee, and likes to explore these interests in his spare time.
Adam Pankko, Stockholm, SAP Financial Consultant
With previous experience as a SAP Financial Consultant, Adam has worked on building and implementing global and local solutions for many different types of clients. This is something we believe Adam wants to continue in his new job with us in Pearl Sweden.
Adam looks forward to expanding his knowledge base in finance with new and exciting clients in SAP, both in private and public cloud. He wanted to work in Pearl because of the company's extensive experience in SAP and all the exciting assignments this position will offer. Adam feels welcome after the first days in Pearl and is more than ready to continue this new exciting job.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time on the golf course or out at sea on his sailboat. During the winter, he likes to explore new delicious cuisines and play various racket sports with his good friends.
