These new additions enrich our team with a diverse skill set spanning project management, analytics, finance, logistics, resources, and SuccessFactors. Their arrival heralds an exciting chapter of growth and development for Pearl Group.
Anna-Kaisa Mertanen, Finland, Senior Consultant
We would like to introduce Anna-Kaisa Mertanen, our new Senior Consultant at Pearl Finland, who brings an impressive background in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, Frends iPaas integrations, HANA DB modeling, SAP Fiori front-end development (UI5), SAP BTP, and UI/UX design of Fiori applications.
At Pearl, Anna-Kaisa will serve as a Senior Consultant within the Analytics area, and we are thrilled to have her on board. She chose Pearl because of our Nordic approach and the size of the company - not too big, not too small. She believes in our potential for success in Finland and looks forward to collaborating with familiar and talented individuals. With a great location and a pleasant office environment, she is excited to start working.
In her free time, Anna-Kaisa enjoys gaming both on her computer and PlayStation, going on bike rides, and playing badminton. In addition to her passion for analytics, she is also interested in the new possibilities of artificial intelligence.

Elisa Watvedt, Norway, Project Manager
We are excited to introduce our new project manager in Pearl Norway, Elise Watvedt, who brings a versatile background including experience as a retail store manager, web design and development, as well as ERP implementations. Elise's most recent role was as a project manager at Hansen Technologies.
At Pearl, Elise will take on the role of an ERP/project manager, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the team. She was initially drawn to Pearl Group after being recruited through LinkedIn, and after thorough research and discussions, it became clear that Pearl Group was the right choice for her. The company's high standards and focus on customer satisfaction align perfectly with Elise's own values and professional ambitions. She is grateful for the warm reception she has received and looks forward to diving into exciting new projects.
When she's not at work, Elise finds joy in various activities. After years of renovation projects, she now enjoys spending time in the garden at the cabin and going on mountain hikes. Additionally, she has a passion for sewing, and is currently working on sewing a bunad for her son.

Aaro Heilala, Finland, SAP Consultant
We welcome Aaro Heilala to Pearl as our newest consultant in Finland. With a diverse background in supply chain, particularly focusing on logistics and international logistics, Aaro has worked with several SAP modules, including WM/EWM, SD, P2P, and MM.
At Pearl, Aaro will explore the consulting business and contribute to strengthening supply chain management in the SAP environment, benefiting both Pearl and our valuable customers.
The choice of Pearl was easy after an inspiring interview with Pearl Finland. And the start has been exceptional, with fantastic and friendly colleagues. Aaro looks forward to collaborating with our skilled SAP professionals and learning from their extensive knowledge and experience.

Johan Karlsson, Gothenburg, Global Business Unit Manager for Analytics & AI
Johan Karlsson joins Pearl Sweden as our new Global Business Unit Manager for Analytics & AI. With over fifteen years of experience in data-driven value creation, Johan has worked in various roles, from hands-on data processing, data mining, and modeling to analysis using machine learning libraries and data architecture.
Johan chose Pearl as his new working place because he believes leading Analytics and AI initiatives for our customers will be an exciting journey in the years to come, and thus his team will be very valuable. With Pearl's strong background in delivering end-to-end solutions, he believes we are well equipped to bridge the gap between tools and technologies and business outcomes, where collaboration between teams and business practices is key to success.
In his spare time, Johan enjoys exploring new things, whether it's experimenting in the kitchen, trying out new sports activities, or traveling to new places. He also enjoys hunting for vinyl records while traveling, as he has been actively collecting musical treasures since childhood. This passion has helped him connect with people across generations, backgrounds, and musical

Lu Ren, Stockholm, Senior SuccessFactors Consultant
Our new senior SuccessFactors consultant at Pearl Sweden, Lu Ren, brings a solid background from the HR department where she has been working as an consultant with the SAP HR operating system, SuccessFactors, since 2017. At Pearl, Lu will continue to work with SuccessFactors, serving both old and new clients, contributing to strengthening our position in this specific business area.
Lu chose Pearl because of the helpful and fun team of colleagues and leaders. The impressive smooth internal communication and friendly atmosphere at Pearl were also significant factors. The view over the water from the office was a very positive surprise for Lu.
In her spare time, Lu spends most of her time taking care of and entertaining her four-year-old daughter. She also enjoys working out, running, skiing, and cooking. During the summer, she dedicates much of her time to growing her own vegetables.

Maria Nyholm, Finland, SAP Consultant
We welcome our new consultant in Finland, Maria Nyholm, to Pearl. Maria brings extensive experience with SAP systems in the retail sector since 2006, where she has worked on various tasks at grocery wholesale. She is well-versed in SD, MM, POS, IM, and authorizations. Additionally, she has experience with other systems such as Alpha Manager, PTOP, and cash systems TP.Net and HEADS. At Pearl, Maria will mainly focus on studying SAP Cloud ALM.
Maria chose Pearl partly due to her previous collaboration with Pearl's team in past jobs. She hopes her customer-side experience will bring something new to Pearl. The first days at work the new environment have been perceived as open and friendly, giving her a comfortable feeling inside.
In her leisure time, Maria often enjoys life at her summer cottage and has a passion for mushroom picking in the fall. She also enjoys water activities and swimming as a hobby.

Paula Pastuszka, Poland, Office Administrator
We're pleased to introduce our new Office Administrator from Team Poland, Paula Pastuszka. Paula comes from a legal background with experience in legal assistance and administrative processes, particularly in Corporate Law. She has previously worked in a legal department.
In Pearl, Paula will be taking good care of both the Polish team and the workplace. She enjoys working with people and sees this job as an opportunity to develop new skills and gain more experience.
Paula is looking forward to new challenges at Pearl and emphasizes the importance of growth opportunities. She is thrilled to join the Pearl Group and thinks this is a great opportunity to gain new experiences and meet new colleagues.
