Norway-based Pearl Group strengthens its board with two people with extensive experience from the Swedish market - Jeanette Anttila and Karin Mineur. The choice is based on Pearl's acquisition of the Swedish SAP specialist Zuite Business Consulting. Together, the two companies constitute the Nordic region's largest IT partner for SAP customers, with 250 employees, a total turnover of SEK 430 million based on the accounts for 2020, and the operations in Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Ukraine and Singapore.
- Jeanette Anttila, currently active in the PE company Summa Equity, has solid experience from leading and developing scalable, high-performing sales and marketing organizations. She has previously held leading positions at e.g. Klarna, SAS Institute, Qlik and SAP. Jeanette also has experience with board work in fast-growing companies such as PE Accounting, Documaster, Origo Group and Smarkit AB.
- Karin Mineur is IT manager at Kronans Apotek. She has extensive experience in the Swedish retail industry with leading positions in companies such as Åhléns, Kicks, Oriola, Kronans Apotek and many years of experience as a management consultant at e.g. ICA, H&M, Synsam. For the past five years, Karin has driven and been central in several digital transformations with a focus on business strategic IT development.
With Karin's extensive experience in retail and Jeanette in sales and marketing, the board gets the right expertise to expand the combined Zuite and Pearl. I am proud and happy to work with them both.
