In the past couple of months, we have hired several experienced employees with locations in Norway, Sweden, Kiev and Riga.
Pearls success is based on a partnership with a number of great customers who have succeeded in their business. Together we have developed solutions, services and business concepts that are market leading.
SAP has also recognized this by awarding Pearl a number of awards - most recently the award as its Nordic partner. Earlier this year Pearl was awarded with SAP Partner of the Year Norway and just recently awarded with another price from SAP – Partner of the Year 2018 Nordic. This price is representing Pearl´s focus on being proactive and solution oriented with our deliverances to our customers.
With that said, these awards would not be handed out to Pearl without the enthusiasm and engaged employees. Pearl are continuously growing with adding new employees, new customers, and adding business value to our existing customer with recommending and implementing new solutions and upgrades to increase value for their business and processes.
Trainee expertise
Pearl has an excellent Trainee program, adding young talent straight from school, training them with our mentor program, and early in the program SAP certifying them being ready to work as Jr Consultant after 6 months. Pearl find it very important to add young talent to the company, to adjust to the increasingly digital needs in the competitive market.
Senior expertise
But Pearl is not only focusing on being an attractive employee for young talents. In the past couple of months, we have hired several experienced employees with locations in Norway, Sweden, Kiev and Riga. We see the requests coming from our new and existing customers, and also with continues growing both product portfolio and customer base, Pearl attracts new employees to meet the requests coming in.
With the market needs we have added senior expertise within SAP solutions of Commerce, CX, EWM, Finance, Basis, Project Managers and more, with adding focus to our existing customers in Pearl Care.
