During the last Six years, Pearl Academy has employed recent graduates or people with small amounts of work experience. The trainees quickly become highly competent within their specific fields. Now, you can have one of our trainees working at your company!
If you are a Pearl customer you can now enjoy the competence of one of our candidates 2-5 times a week over a period of time, free of charge. The goal is for the trainees to become familiar with you and your solution, while they perform relevant tasks.
This may include support during a busy working day, such as accounting assistance through posting of vouchers, sorting of master data or other type of work that needs to be done. Our only requisition is that the relevant tasks involve practical use of SAP.

The programme for our five new candidates started in August. In an extensive recruitment process, they have stood out as great candidates with their relevant educations and personal qualities that are crucial in the consultancy business.
Your company can have a trainee within the following areas:
- CX
- Finance (Economy and administration)
- TechConnect (ABAP)
- Procure, sell, deliver (Sales and distribution)
An important effort
The Norwegian and international market is in strong need of more SAP solutions. Building competence in young and recent graduates is an important part of the Pearl Group’s strategy.
In Pearl, each trainee is offered a mentor who will follow them through the programme. The trainees individually decide which professional areas and tasks they would like to specialise in. It is our experience that the trainees through the programme quickly develop into highly competent junior consultants, thereby adding significant value to our company and our clients.
