2025 is coming to an end and it is time to reflect on the highlights that has shaped this year for Pearl. Let’s go through them!
- Factors becoming Pearl Denmark
From January 1st 2025, we officially confirmed the acquisition of Factors, now operating as Pearl Denmark. Since then, Pearl Denmark has expanded to three offices, achieved SAP PE SELL Partnership status, and signed its first PearlCare agreement with AJ Vaccines. Way to go! We are proud to strengthen our presence in the Nordics and have had a fantastic year working alongside our colleagues in Denmark. Follow Pearl Denmark on LinkedIn.
- Customer events
Pearl Innovation Day is our annual event, usually hosted in Oslo, where we invite customers and partners for an inspiring, educative and pleasant afternoon. This year, Pearl Innovation Day expanded to both Oslo, Stockholm and Reykjavik where we had internal and external speakers who had interesting sessions about everything from AI, CX and Business Data Cloud to globalization, cyber security and leadership. We are looking forward to taking Pearl Innovation Day to even more places in 2026, stay tuned!
- ATEA Go Live S/4HANA
"All of you who said it’s impossible to replace a 22-year-old business system with a completely new, modern one and get it working within a year - you were wrong! Our partner Pearl! I’ve never met a more professional team!" stated Oskar Aspengren, CEO at Atea Logistics, on LinkedIn about one of our most successful go lives. The challenge was the transition from customized systems, developed specifically for Atea Logistics' needs, to standardized SAP solutions. Together with Pearl, Atea got a new, integrated system landscape based on SAP S/4HANA in less than a year. A huge success on partnership that we are very proud of! Read the customer case here.
- ERP Initiative for Seafood Industry
We recently shared the news that Pearl is extending our offerings with a new strategic initiative in the Seafood industry led by Maritech experts Christine Møller Christensen and Arne Lie Gundersen. In connection with this, Pearl has developed and certified a packaged SAP solution for the Seafood industry that is tailored to the sector’s needs and is built on Pearl Group’s experience with trade- and logistics- intensive businesses. - Became the main SAP partner for Norwegian Defence
This year, we reached a major milestone in Pearl Group’s history by signing a landmark agreement with the Norwegian Defence, covering their entire SAP software portfolio. As their SAP Software Partner for the next five years, we are proud to support an organisation that is undergoing significant change to meet future security challenges. This partnership marks an important step for us, and we look forward to many meaningful collaborations and projects together in the years ahead.
- Pearl Accelerate Program
Pearl Accelerate is our new career program which launched during 2025! This program focuses on individuals who already have a few years of work experience but are looking to take the next step in their careers as SAP consultants. We were lucky to have 17 new talents joining Pearl Accelerate in August from Sweden, Norway and Denmark in business areas such as Finance, Logistics and Integration/Development. In October they completed their SAP education and are now ready to take on projects as Junior Consultants! Hurray!

- More focus on AI!
As AI continues to become increasingly central to companies and organizations globally, we as an ERP and Commerce partner are eager to stay ahead of the curve and offer AI opportunities to our customers. This year, we were fortunate to welcome AI expert Michael Wolff as Head of AI at Pearl Group, based in Denmark. Michael works across industries and borders to integrate AI at the very heart of enterprise transformation. He has already showcased Pearl’s AI expertise at events like Innovation Day, Finug, and SAPSA, and we’re excited to take things even further in 2026!
- Kickoff in Gothenburg
Once a year, everyone at Pearl Group comes together for our annual kickoff - a chance to connect, strengthen our bonds, and get inspired for the year ahead. This time, we gathered in Gothenburg, Sweden, where more than 400 colleagues from 8 countries joined for a fun, motivating, and energizing weekend. Next year marks Pearl’s 20th anniversary, and we’re already excited for an even bigger celebration!
