There is no shortage of work assignments in either Pearl Norway or Pearl Latvia, so we continue to strengthen our team with several highly skilled employees: five in Norway and three in Latvia.
"We recently worked to recruit new members to our PSD team (Procure, Sell & Deliver). Those efforts really panned out and resulted in three brilliant new additions: Ine, Mats, and Morten. In addition, we have got the talented Janne Cathrin on the CX team, and not least a very experienced Head of People in Ann Magritt," says the CEO of Pearl Norway, Bernhard Olsen.
Also, in Latvia, an enthusiastic general manager welcomes the new employees.

Ann Magritt Hagerud
Ann Magritt is Pearl's new Head of People. She will work to build a good framework around the company's HR processes and work with the culture and developing leaders and the organization. Ann Magritt has 15 years of experience in HR and has worked with HR management in larger companies such as Aker Solutions and Veidekke.
Outside of work, you can often find Ann Magritt in sneakers or over the pots in the kitchen. She draws energy from staying active and enjoying good food and believes these are essential ingredients in a hectic everyday life.

It's exactly the right time to focus on HR in Pearl since it is a growing company with ambitions of being a profitable and attractive company. HR will play an essential role in achieving that. I'm thrilled to have been given the confidence to continue this work, says Ann Magritt.
Ine Sollie Narten
Ine joins Pearl Norway's PSD team (Procure, Sell & Deliver) as a Solution Architect. She has many years of experience working with SAP for a wholesaler, including as a Business Architect.
In her spare time, Ine likes to cook - especially with what they grow themselves in a large greenhouse in the garden.
"I wanted to work at Pearl because I have a great impression of the professional environment and the competence here," says Ine.
Mats Hoås
Mats is also one of the new additions to the PSD team. He will work with purchasing and master data and start on certification within SAP MM. He has more than ten years of experience with various positions within purchasing and logistics at Jordan and Orkla.
Mats' great interest is football – both as a retired hobby player and an avid "expert" on the couch, according to himself. Otherwise, much of his free time goes to his two children.
"I got an excellent impression of Pearl regarding both the work environment and exciting customer cases!"
Morten Menzel-Franang
Morten is the third new employee on the PSD team and will mainly work with SAP EWM as a Senior Consultant. He has a degree in logistics engineering and a background from NTT, Forsvarsmateriell, and DB Schenker.
After work, Morten loves watching football and basketball and is interested in training, hunting, and gaming.
"I feel fortunate to get a chance at Pearl, and I think it's very exciting to be part of a company that is so future-oriented and that dares to invest in new areas," says Morten.
Janne Cathrin Liland
Janne is employed as a consultant in the CX Team and will help customers with software and advice on marketing automation. She has previously worked in Visma Retail/Extenda Retail as a Digital Marketing Specialist and as a consultant and advisor in IT service management.
In her spare time, Janne dances salsa and loves the great salsa environment in Vestfold. She is also very fond of traveling, near or far, often combined with good food and drink.
"I quickly understood that Pearl is a company with a great working environment among pleasant and very skilled colleagues and not least with exciting customers, products, and investment in marketing. It's great to be part of the journey ahead!
Ļevs Samsonovs
Ļevs is a new Logistics Consultant for Pearl Latvia. He has several years of experience in sales and marketing, in addition to almost eight years as an SAP consultant in Winkora, Accenture, and Distrelec.
In his spare time, Ļevs enjoys playing sports, traveling, eating good food, and spending time with friends.
"I couldn't say no to the opportunity to become part of Pearl. They have an excellent reputation, and I have always wanted to be part of their team," says Ļevs.
Maksims Medveckis
Maksims is Pearl Latvia's new SAP Commerce Consultant. He has extensive experience in programming and comes from a similar role in ECENTA Baltic Labs.
Maksims has previously been a professional swimmer and still enjoys swimming in his spare time. He also loves other sports, and in the summer, he likes kayaking.
"I have heard a lot about skilled developers and good standards in Pearl, and I look forward to working with Commerce projects here," he says.
Aleksis Jurēvics
Aleksis joins as a Junior Front-end Consultant in Pearl Latvia. He recently completed a bachelor's degree in international finance and completed internships in both Atea Global Services and Mercor during his studies.
